Children's Reward Charts.

Personalised for your child and their needs.

Each chart has four goals for your child to achieve each day of the week. When they have achieved a goal, they receive a star for that day.

Our charts are completely customisable to your child. Please write in the personalisation box which goals you would like for the chart. Please be aware there is space for four goals only and ensure goals are not too long due to character limit/space.

Behaviour Chart Statements:
• I used my manners

• I have listened
• I have shared my toys

Potty Training Statements:

Children's names are written at the top of the chart.

A4 laminated card.

The stars are attached with velcro dots.

Stars come in an organza bag.
