What is the current turnaround time on orders?

Turnaround time is set at 2-3 weeks as standard, but we aim to get your products sent out to your sooner. 

I need my order quickly, can you help?

If you need your order faster, send us a message via the chat box and if possible, we will try to accommodate.

How will my order be posted?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Any orders over the value of £20 are upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Do you do custom orders?

We are open to suggestions and tailoring the product to your child's needs/routine. If you would like to discuss this further, send a message via the chat box or alternatively on Instagram @mylearningfile

Do you do gift messages?

Gift messages can be added to orders. Please write your message in the personalisation box. Themed tissue paper is also available for birthday, Christmas and Halloween.
