About Us

Hi everyone!

We are Clair and Lauren, and we are mum and daughter. My Learning File was created in 2021 when Lauren (me) left my Teaching Assistant role to go back to University. After a few years of contemplating, I decided to go ahead with my Teaching Training qualification.

My Learning File was created during this time as a way of putting my knowledge of children's learning to good use. I was surprised by how successful My Learning File became in a short space of time, so that is when my mum, Clair, started to help.

Fortunately, I completed my training and I am now in my third year of teaching. Having taught in Year 1 for two years and Reception this year, I have a good knowledge of how best to support children's learning and needs.

Clair is responsible for all of the making and fulfilling orders. I am responsible for anything online and the designing of products. This is all done in our home in Manchester, UK.

After three successful years on Etsy, 3000+ sales, 500 5* reviews, we have created our own website to showcase our collection.
